TC Voting
Technical Committee votes from a seat held by an EVM account. Such an
account has no substrate key, so every call goes through the EVM
dispatch precompile, wrapped in
Dispatcher.dispatch_with_extra_gas since collective calls
are operational. Sign with Rabby or MetaMask, Trezor through Rabby. To
submit a proposal, use Dispatch.
Wallet
Open proposals
Close executes the proposal once the threshold is met, or rejects it
after the voting period ends. Every call is decoded back against the
live metadata before the wallet is asked to sign.
